Taíno, Coahuiltecan, Guachichil, Black. My work expands across the spectrum, from farming to composing, healing work to community organizing. I have been trained as a full-spectrum Indigenous birth worker and Lactation Counselor, as well as a huesera, and herbalist. I am a composer who draws from my cultural lineage. I forage and wildcraft the medicines I make when possible, and otherwise source from sustainable businesses. I help people through fertility issues, towards conscious conception.

f l x s is pronounced “flechas”. It is a play on the word flechas, my name Alexas, and honors the place of my birth, Yanawana, also known as San Antonio, Texas. It represents who I am, where I come from, and where I am going.
